The 2026 blueprint replaced the 2018 one in August 2026, and the economics of preparation never really adjusted. Established providers still charge $175–$399 for blended programs that lean heavily on video lectures and cohort pacing. That works for some people. It doesn’t work for most candidates juggling full-time work, an IMG-equivalence route, or a self-study budget.
the ASWB exam is a knowledge-heavy, question-based exam. What actually moves your score is reps — targeted questions, instant feedback, and the discipline to circle back to topics where you are below the pass band. We built ASWB Master around that loop.
It isn’t a replacement for supervised legal training, and it won’t do the work for you. It is the cheapest credible way to close the gap between a decent understanding of the law and a confident sitting on exam day.

What we stand for
Traditional courses lean on hours of video lectures. The ASWB exam is a question-answering assessment, so the product is weighted toward reading a vignette properly and then doing the reps with real feedback. The lessons exist to support the questions, not to replace them.
Every question is written in ASWB format — mostly vignettes, three or four options, one marked qualifier. The mocks run 122 questions in two timed sections, with the same shape as the day itself. No video, no cohort pacing, no artificial difficulty.
Established providers charge $175–$399. Our costs are content, infrastructure, and support. Those costs do not scale per-student, so neither does our price. You should not need a bank loan to sit a professional exam.
