Terms of Service

By accessing or using ASWB Master (the "Service"), operated at aswbmaster.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free and premium users.

ASWB Master is an online exam preparation platform for the ASWB social work licensing examinations (the ASWB exam). The Service provides:

• Written lessons and learning materials across the ten chapters of the ASWB content outline
• 2,169 practice questions with detailed explanations, of which at least 1,987 apply to any single exam category
• Full-length timed mock examinations
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Weak area identification and targeted practice
• Question bookmarking

These Terms govern the ASWB Master website (aswbmaster.com). ASWB Master is developing a separate iOS app. It is not released yet and nothing in these Terms grants access to it. When it launches it will be an independent product sold as an Apple App Store subscription rather than under these website purchase terms: a website purchase will not unlock the app, an app subscription will not unlock the website, and progress will not be shared between them.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Each person may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Free Tier

• The complete first chapter — 8 written lessons and 192 practice questions — readable without an account
• The 20-question diagnostic quiz
• No account required for basic browsing; account required for progress tracking

Premium Access

• Full access to all 124 written lessons across 10 chapters
• All 2,169 practice questions
• Full-length mock examinations
• Practice, study notes, weak areas practice, and bookmarking
• Full progress tracking and performance analytics

Website premium access is available as a single one-time purchase granting lifetime access to all current content. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal charges on the website. (The separate iOS app, when released, will be sold as an Apple subscription — see section 2.)

• All payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes.
• The one-time purchase grants lifetime access. There are no recurring charges and no auto-renewals.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on premium platform plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• To request a refund, email support@aswbmaster.com with your account email and reason for the request.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
• The separate ASWB Master iOS app is not released yet. When it is, it will be billed by Apple through the App Store rather than by Dodo Payments, and its subscriptions, cancellations and refunds will be managed by Apple under your Apple ID. The terms in this section apply to website purchases only.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Service (including questions, answers, study notes, and practice questions)
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract content from the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on ASWB Master — including but not limited to practice questions, answer explanations, study notes, practice questions, mock exam content, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of ASWB Master and is protected by copyright law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only.
• This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content.
• Screenshots or excerpts for personal study notes are permitted, but systematic reproduction is prohibited.

• ASWB Master is an independent study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB). ASWB is a trademark of the Association of Social Work Boards; we name it only to describe the examinations our materials prepare you for.
• All practice questions, mock exams and written lessons are original works authored against ASWB’s publicly published content outlines. They are not, and do not contain, real examination questions.
• ASWB Master is an educational study tool, not a provider of clinical, legal or licensure advice and not a substitute for formal social work education.
• We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing the ASWB examination. Exam success depends on many factors beyond our control.
• While we strive to ensure the accuracy and currency of all content, we make no warranties that the materials are error-free or reflect the most recent changes to the ASWB content outline.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ASWB Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from exam results, career decisions made based on our content, or reliance on the accuracy of any material.
• We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, data loss (beyond what reasonable security measures can prevent), or issues caused by third-party services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data and study progress.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
• Upon termination for a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund for any premium access purchased.
• We may discontinue the Service at any time with 30 days' notice to registered users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
